2. What information do we process and why?
a) Identification data:
We need your basic identification data (name and surname) and address data listed in the following section in order to be able to properly conclude and subsequently fulfil the contracts you conclude with us or to deal with your enquiries.
b) Address data:
We need your address data (street name and number, city, postcode, country) in order to be able to send you any notifications. We also need it to be able to identify you accurately.
c) Contact details:
We use your contact details (telephone number and email) to inform you of the status of your order and to enable our couriers to deliver it to you properly. We also need to know your contact phone and email so that we can contact you in case of any complications or changes.
If you do not provide us with your identification, address and contact details, we will not be able to process your order, so you will not be able to place an order with us.
d) Type of service (information about the contract you have entered into):
Once you have ordered our services from us, we will retain information about your order so that we know what services to provide to you, in what volume and to keep track of orders.

3) How do we continue to use your personal data if we have obtained your consent?
a) When you order our services, we will keep your email address to which we can send you so-called commercial communications. These are emails in which we will inform you about our news, discounts or promotions that we believe you may enjoy. In each email you will of course have the option to unsubscribe from these messages. At the same time, we will send you information on how to use our service to your email to make your work with it as easy as possible.
b) If you have given us your consent, we may retain your email for purposes other than those set out above, for example, to send you information about our promotions and merchandise that is not so related to goods you have already purchased from us. We may also retain your name and surname, based on your consent, so that we can better communicate with you and address you correctly.
c) We also allow you to subscribe to newsletters in several places on our website. These are usually messages with very similar content to (a). Again, you have the option to unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time.

4. To whom do we transfer your personal data?
a) Information about your browsing is processed for us by Google, Inc. using the Google Analytics tool, which enables us to measure and evaluate the use of our website by means of cookies (see above).
b) Some data about you is processed by our processors (such as marketing consultants, accountants, etc.), but we always make sure in advance that they take at least as good care of your personal data as we do. So you have nothing to worry about, your data is safe with us.
5. How long do we keep your personal data?
a) We retain information about the contracts we have entered into and your identification, address and contact details for 2 years after the end of the contract we have entered into with you. We keep it for this period of time so that we can properly handle complaints and respond to any complaints you may have.
b) We handle the data we hold about you by asking you if you still want to use our services after one year of your inactivity. If we do not hear from you within one month, we will delete your data.
c) In addition, we are required by law to retain certain documents containing personal data. For example, we must keep invoices for 10 years. We keep accounting documents for 5 years.
6. What rights do you have in relation to your personal data?
a) The right to request access to your personal data - i.e. you can ask us what personal data we hold about you and what has happened and will happen to it while it is held by us.
b) Right to rectification - if the personal data we hold about you is no longer up to date or is incorrect, you can ask for it to be rectified.
c) Right to object - if you believe that we are processing personal data beyond our authority, you may object to such processing, which we must address.
d) Right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten") - i.e. we must erase any personal data we hold about you at your request, e.g. if you no longer wish to be registered with us. However, it may be that there is some other reason that entitles or obliges us to keep the data (e.g. an obligation arising from the Accountancy Act etc.), in which case we cannot delete it.
e) Right to restriction of processing - in some cases, we may retain personal data but may not handle it in any way; this includes the following situations:
if you dispute the accuracy of the data and we need to verify your communication;
if the personal data is processed unlawfully but you do not want us to delete it and instead of deletion you only request a restriction of processing;
if we no longer need the personal data but you request that we retain it for the purpose of pursuing your legal claims;
if you object to the processing, while we verify whether the personal data will continue to be processed in our important interests or whether we will not process it.
f) The right to data portability - if you ask us to do so, we will provide you with your personal data that we process on the basis of the contracts we have entered into with you, consent and also process it by automated means. We will provide such data to you in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Alternatively, we may transfer such data to a controller that you designate, provided that the controller consents to the transfer.
g) Right to lodge a complaint - if you believe that we are in any way breaching the rules on processing personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
